General Forum Rules & Guidelines

The following set of rules is applicable everywhere in the forum.

Please take note that certain sections in the forum may have additional rules specific to that section's content.

1. Absolutely NO bashing/flaming/name-calling.

It is the first rule for a reason. We want to keep this forum friendly for everyone. We understand that, as individuals, we are entitled to our opinions. You can state your point without resorting to bashing/flaming/name-calling. Bashing of any artist/s or private individuals is a no-no. Please be courteous to each and every member of the forum. Anyone who violates this rule will automatically be banned.

2. No profanity please.

Do not go around our swear filters by replacing letters with symbols or characters or images. (Except in The Library, especially in The Closet. See rules on profanity use.)

3. Do NOT use shortcuts or type in StIcKy CaPs.

It is much harder to read and understand, so please use proper grammar and spelling to the best of your ability. Please also refrain from using too many large fonts.

4. No spamming.

This means keeping your posts on topic, with each post containing more than 10 words. Quotes are not included in word counts.

5. Avoid double posting.

Instead of posting another comment, edit your recent post. This will keep the forum clean.

6. Posting download links of AA's official songs is strictly prohibited.

Let us support AA (Double A) by purchasing their albums on various music sites.

7. No hotlinking.

Hotlinking is copying an image url and posting in the forum. Please save and upload images on your personal image uploading sites (i.e. tinypic, imageshack, etc.,).

8. Credit sources properly.

For news articles, refer to specific rules under News Updates.


Consequences of Rule-Breaking:

Excepting rule #1, you will be given up to 3 warnings before you get banned from the forum. If you feel as if you have been wrongfully accused or that the warnings have been excessive, please contact a Global Moderator. If it still doesn't get resolved, then you may contact any of the Administrators at admin@doubleaintl.com.

1. Avatars should not exceed 100x100 px.

2. For direct uploads, keep file size at or under 51200 bytes (50 KB).

3. For external uploads, keep file size at or under 153600 bytes (150 KB).

SIGNATURE

1. Can be:

• 4 icons (max 150x150) -OR-
  
• 2 large banners (max 400x150)
  

2. For .gif signatures, limit (3) 150x150 icons and (1) 400x150 banner.

3. Maximum of 6 lines, including blank spaces.
